1. Digital Services & Delivery
Put Them Online provides AI-generated video and image advertisements.
All products sold are digital files. No physical shipment will occur.
Upon successful payment and receipt of your product information, the standard delivery timeframe is 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery is completed via email or a secure download link provided through our platform or WhatsApp.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Client Rights: Upon final delivery and full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated videos for advertising and promotional purposes on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Restrictions: Clients may not resell the individual video templates or raw AI-generated assets as a standalone service or stock footage.
3. Client Responsibility
To ensure the best results, the client is responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, high-quality images (if requested), and clear instructions. Put Them Online is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Service Nature (AI Generation)
Our services utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate consistent motion, UGC-style content, and realistic visuals. While we strive for perfection, AI generation may occasionally have minor visual variations. By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of AI-driven production and its creative style.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because of the digital nature of our services and the immediate resources allocated to video generation, we do not offer full refunds once work has begun.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 1 hour of purchase.
We offer revisions if the final delivery does not match the initial brief provided.
6. Modifications to Service
Put Them Online reserves the right to modify service pricing or package contents at any time without prior notice. However, all confirmed orders will be honored at the price at which they were purchased.
