At Put Them Online, we strive to deliver high-quality, high-converting AI ad creatives. Because our products are digital assets delivered via download or email, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and revisions.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
Once a digital video or image pack has been generated and delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, all sales are generally final once the delivery has been made.
2. Revision Policy (Our Guarantee)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your AI ad creatives. If the final product does not meet your expectations or if there is an error based on your original instructions, we offer:
Free Revisions: We will adjust the script, motion, or visual elements if they do not align with the brief you provided.
Error Correction: If there is a technical glitch or a misspelling in the AI-generated content, we will fix it immediately at no extra cost.
Request Period: Revision requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your files.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within the promised timeframe (typically 48-72 hours) and have not communicated a delay, you are entitled to a full refund.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase, provided that our creative team has not yet started the generation process.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after the video has already been generated and delivered.
Incompatibility with your advertising platform if the video was delivered in the requested format (e.g., 9:16).
Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preferences that were not specified in the original order brief.
